Description
Goal Compass is an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) management platform built with Angular 22 and NestJS 11. Users can create teams, organize work into cycles (quarters), define objectives with measurable key results, and track progress through regular check-ins. Features include a dashboard with KPIs and progress charts, team management with member roles, objective CRUD with status tracking (on-track, at-risk, behind, completed), key results with numeric/percentage/binary targets, initiative planning, and a rich seed dataset with 9 users, 2 teams, 4 objectives, 8 key results, and 15 check-ins.
