Description
Kudos is a peer-to-peer employee recognition platform built to strengthen team culture through public kudos (shout-outs) between coworkers. Built with Angular 22 + NestJS + Tailwind CSS + SQLite, the app enables sending categorized kudos (great work, helping hand, leadership, innovation, thanks), reacting with likes to others' kudos, earning gamified badges for milestones (First Kudos, Centurion, Heart of Gold, Innovation Spark, and more), and viewing leaderboards by period (weekly/monthly). Includes team management with invite codes, admin/member roles, real-time activity feed, trends dashboard, and admin panel. Auto-seed creates 6 demo users, 12 badges, and 20 kudos spanning 2 weeks of simulated activity.
