Description

TORNO is a neighbourhood ceramics school-workshop in Manises, Valencia, where European tilework began six centuries ago. The landing adopts the Clay design language (popular-web-designs template) while swapping Clay's cream canvas for a neutral off-white (#F6F7F5, chroma 0) per the Impeccable cream/sand ban: paper-like surfaces, oat-toned borders, a named swatch palette (matcha #066A3F, lemon #F7B733, ube #43089F, pomegranate #FC7981) used as full-band "rooms", playful hard offset shadows (6px 6px) and tilt-on-hover buttons with exponential easing. Surface-first it is a Decide/Learn hero where the headline sits beside a CSS-drawn amphora on a turning wheel whose glaze changes live via six swatch buttons (ash, azulejo blue, raku, matcha, lemon, garnet) — the interactive centrepiece, with mono chips naming Manises clay, ash glaze and the wood kiln. Then: a tilted marquee band of clay techniques, a genuine four-step process (wedging - throwing - drying - firing, numbered because it is a real sequence), a deep-matcha "rooms" band with three course cards with colour-block headers (not identical, each a different swatch), an ube quote band with two testimonial cards, a three-tier pricing grid with a rotated featured plan, five FAQ accordions, an honest newsletter that opens the mail client instead of faking a subscription, a delayed bottom-right cookie banner and a dark footer with a Google Maps address link. Full i18n in 6 languages (EN/ES/FR/DE/IT/PT) with dual dropdown switchers and translated SEO meta; WCAG AA verified in both themes; scroll reveals respect prefers-reduced-motion and never gate content.
