LeaseLedger is a complete property and rental management platform. Manage properties and units with status (available, occupied, maintenance), tenants, and rental leases with dates, rent proration and business rules (renewal, termination, overlap checking). The monthly rent roll shows who has paid, who is in arrears and accumulated late payments, with CSV export. The maintenance module lets you create requests with priority, assign, start and resolve them. The dashboard summarizes pending rent, collected, overdue, occupancy, expiring leases and unpaid units. It includes JWT authentication with roles (landlord, manager, tenant), dark mode and complete demo data (2 properties, 7 units, 6 tenants, 38 payments).
