Description
Survey Engine is a multi-tenant survey and form builder with 7 question types. It features a three-panel builder, auto-save every 30 seconds, public response page without authentication, results dashboard with KPIs and interactive charts (bar, donut, NPS), CSV export, and pre-built templates. Built with Angular 22 (Signals, Zoneless), NestJS 11, TypeORM, and SQLite/Neon.
